The Stand UP Paddle (SUP), commonly known as paddle surfing is a very fun sport in which we can get to know fantastic places that we would not otherwise be able to access. The Asturian coast is full of huge cliffs and caves, which we can visit thanks to our paddle board.

Niembru Paddle Surf Ria Classes:
Perfect activity as a contact with Paddle Surf, since in this river the water is always calm and you will not find any danger, it is perfect for initiation and going with the family.
The route starts inside the estuary, which is where you go to get confidence and to finish we go out to sea where there will already be some movement generated by the waves.
It is an activity that can also be performed by more experienced students. When the activity takes place at the last minute of the day, we can observe great sunsets from our Paddle Surf boards.
The activity consists of a small explanation out of the water and then an experienced monitor will guide you through the estuary while teaching you how to defend and improve.
Duration: 2 hours from the start of the heating until we leave the water.
Groups: Reduced and of the same level. Maximum 7 students.
Place: Ria de Niembru, located in the bay of Niembru, Llanes, Asturias.
Includes: All material, transportation from school, Accident insurance and R.C. Insurance
Material needed for the activity: Swimsuit and flip flops (if the weather is cold it also includes neoprene)

Paddle Surf Beach Classes:
Ideal for people who have already started in calm waters or agree that the sea conditions are idyllic for this sport.
The classes consist of an explanation and a route along the beach while the monitor corrects the technique.
If the conditions are idyllic we can visit some nearby cliff or castro.
Duration: 2 hours from the start of the heating until we leave the water.
Groups: Reduced and of the same level. Maximum 7 students.
Place: Beaches of Llanes, Asturias. It is usually done on Toranda Beach in Niembru.
Includes: All material, transportation from school, Accident insurance and R.C. Insurance

Cliff and cave-guided routes
The Asturian coast is full of fantastic caves and cliffs that you can visit with the help of your Paddle Surf board.
For this activity it is necessary that the sea and the wind are calm, therefore it is necessary to inform yourself in advance. We have a group of whatsapp where we warn when the conditions are ideal to perform this activity, as well as on social networks.
To perform this activity it is necessary to have previous experience. For the development of this activity we have a qualified monitor, life jackets and a rescue boat if necessary.
SUP walk on the beaches of Asturias

Rental of paddle surf equipment
We also have equipment rental for those people who want to spend an afternoon with their family, friends or partner. The rental includes a small explanation of how to practice this sport properly and safely. (In the summer season the rental point is located on the beach of Toranda, while the rest of the year the rental will be made in our premises, located in Poo de Llanes).
Includes: Paddle board, invention, rowing and vest.
Complementary material: We have wetsuits.
